Is your church equipped to care for the hurting in your church family and community? The world is a'changing and this means that your staff will encounter increasingly unique issues, struggles, and problems. Do you feel overwhelmed in knowing the correct way to approach our ever changing culture?
We believe no one can fully pour themselves in caring for others if they are empty and caring for themselves poorly. Is your staff trained to properly self-care? Do your members know how to take care of themselves?
